Master offers a full service to owners, managers and crewing agents for the processing of  applications for STCW endorsements, as well as SSO Certification and the issuance of Seaman’s books for seafarers on Malta registered vessels.  The Malta flag does not pose any restrictions on the nationality of the master, officers and crew that may be engaged on vessels registered to the flag, however officers in possession of certificates of competence issued by the Administration of a country, an organisation or an institution which is recognized by the Malta Administration will require an endorsement.
